Set in the grounds of Cerdyn Villa on the outskirts of the town, WTB 3 star Cerdyn Cottage provides self-catering holiday accommodation for three persons, comprising of a double bedroom and a small single bedroom (also a double sofa bed in the living room). There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine and the cottage has the benefit of gas-fired central heating for those chillier Welsh nights. An integrated TV and Video along with audio equipment is provided in the living room. All gas and electricity usage is included in the rate. Garden furniture is provided so you can enjoy the tranquil garden and splendid views. If you fancy a treat, breakfast is available in the main villa at a charge of £6.50 per head. We also offer packed lunches and flasks at very reasonable rates. Within easy walking distance of pubs, restaurants, shops and the station, Cerdyn Cottage and Villa are conveniently located and yet wonderfully secluded. Ideal as a base to explore the wonderful Powys countryside. Great for walkers, mountain bikers, off-roaders, birdwatchers and fishermen. Make sure you keep an eye open for the local wildlife, especially the magnificent Red Kite.
