With two balconies and private rooftop solarium tou can laze away in the sun or take a dip in our pool, and as there are only 12 apartments in the complex the pool is NEVER busy!Our rental times are flexible to enable you to take advantage of the various low cost flights to Murcia or Alicante. Inside the aprtment you have satellite tv, DVD player, cd/radio, full air conditioning as well as floor and ceiling fans. There is a full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with all that you might need, ie toaster, full oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine etc etc. Our rental rates include costs for linen, towels, cleaning, electricty etc etc. The rates are for the aprtment and not per person.
