Prices include all heating, water and electricity (no expensive extra winter supplements). There is a telephone for your convenience which allows incoming calls and outgoing calls using a prepaid france telecom card. Long lets are available at certain times of the year from 1 – 3 months. A deposit of 25% of total cost would be payable, with the balance being paid 6 weeks prior to commencement. There is £100 refundable security deposit required. Length of stay can be flexible, at discretion, with extra days added to a full week (3 nights minimum) 3rd & 4th night charged on a pro rata basis, with 5th & 6th night being charged at the normal weekly rate. No smoking please, there is outside space both front balcony and back garden. No animals. The property should be left in the same condition as found (all cleaning materials are supplied). There is a one off £35 charge (£25 for a single person April - Sept) which includes the apartment being prepared for your arrival and the beds being made up with freshly laundered linen, the apartment is then checked again after your departure, an inventory is carried out and the laundry taken away for cleaning. I f the apartment is left unclean, a deduction will be made. There are several complimentary items left for your convenience. Please supply your own towels. The price is based on 4 people sharing, up to 2 extra people can be catered for, with a small supplement being payable if they are over 12, but this is at the owners discretion and must be agreed in writing before the rental.
