2004 Weekly Rates: OFF-SEASON $1,325 January, Feb, March, April, May, September, November, & December Off Season 3 Day Minimum Rate: $975 (Off Season Additional Days $275) IN-SEASON $1,725 June, August & October 7 day minimum with Saturday to Saturday check-in / check-out) PEAK-SEASON $1,925 Month of July, Thanksgiving Christmas & New Years Weeks $2,195 (7 day minimum with pre-set weeks depending on when the Holiday falls) Monthly Rate: Negotiable Checkout Cleaning, Firewood and Spa Cleaning included in the rental fee. A Haywood and Jackson County Occupancy Tax of 3% and N .C. Sales Tax of 7% will be added to all Rental Fees. Reservation requires a 50% prepaid Rental Fee deposit made by credit card at the time of making the reservation.* Reservations for 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years will be the entire Rental Fee and are non-refundable made by credit card.* A $250 Security Deposit will be collected on each rental and will be returned 30 days after your arrival if the cabin is found in good condition. Rental fee balance payments and Security Deposits must be received by us at least 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a $50.00 processing fee for all cancellations and will be charged to your credit card.
