Changeover day is Saturday and guests are asked to arrive at the villa after 4 pm, and depart before 10 am. All bed linen, duvet covers are included in the rental cost. If you stay more than a week, a change is supplied each week. You can make a provisional booking by ‘phone or email. This booking will be held for 3 working days, pending receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £100.00. Upon receipt of this deposit (or full payment if booking within 8 weeks of holiday date) and completed booking form, we will write to confirm your booking, enclosing an invoice. Payment of the invoice is required 8 weeks prior to the first day of your stay. Included in your invoice will be a security deposit of £100.00. (This is fully refundable at the end of your stay, providing there are no deductions made for breakages, extra cleaning etc.) Also included in the invoice will be a cleaning charge of £30.00. The cost of electricity is inclusive for the months of May to September. From October to April an electricity charge of £20 per week will be payable.
