About Transport

...When in Los Cristianos taxis (white with blue roof) are used mainly for short trips and covenience. If you fancy exploring and going further afield then the buses (Titsa - green) go regularly from the bus station in Los Cristianos. Whilst considerably cheaper than taxis they do tend to stop regularly en-route to its actual destination.>>>

About Driving

...Tenerife offers a wide variety of walking from easy to hard. The best known and closest walk (2.5 hours total) in the south is in Barranco del Infierno (Hells Gorge). This is the only place in the south where you can find natural running water. It starts to the north of Adeje, a town which lies about 6km from Playa de las Americas. Other places to walk include; Masca, Anaga Mountains and Mount Teide National Park to name a few.>>>
