Villacana is a holiday complex situated on the beach side of Spain about 10km from San Pedro and 7Km to Estepona. This complex is designed to cater for all of your holiday needs. With the beach attached to the complex you also have a choice of 3 pools plus an additional paddling pool for children situated right next to the main pool area. The apartment is a ground floor duplex apartment. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining and lounge area which leads on to a private patio. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for all your self-catering needs. There is a fireplace in the lounge/dining area which is spacious and comfortable and from the lounge you enter the private patio which is complete with patio furniture. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and french indows which are fitted with mosquito nets. The bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms. In addition to the pool the complex has a tennis club, its own laundry facility, and a large cafeteria by the main +pool. It also has a bar, a restaurant, tennis courts and its own supermarket. The grounds of the complex are clean with a beautiful arrangment of flowers and the gardens are well kept. The complex has 24 hour security. Villacana sleeps 4 people comfortably and is ideal for a relaxing holiday by the beach. Marbella, Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Estepona are all also in close proximity and there is a local bus service outside the complex if you don´t have a car.
