The Coach House at Quorn Lodge is the only surviving building from the original Quorn Lodge estate which was built in late Victorian times. In 2004, the building was completely renovated and converted into spacious living accommodation with its’ own garden and patio. Quorn Lodge, which is set in 31 acres, borders the Great Central Steam Railway where excellent views of main line steam trains can be seen from the Coach House lounge and patio. The Coach House is now available for luxury short-term self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people who will find the property very relaxing. The 4 star detached accommodation comprises: Spacious entrance hall, large lounge with 2 double sofa beds, TV, DVD, video, radio/CD player and broadband internet connection. One double bedroom and one twin. Large well equipped dining kitchen, quality fitted bathroom. The property is fully alarmed and has full gas central heating, plus mains connected smoke detectors and emergency lighting. There is also a patio and landscaped garden plus ample secure car parking. The accommodation is perfect for weekly holidays or a relaxing weekend/ midweek break. We can also offer a longer stay for those working away from home. One of our fields, bordering the Great Central Steam Railway, is a certificated location for caravan club members which is available all year round. Come and try our luxury Coach House offering comfort, cleanliness with a very warm welcome and friendly atmosphere guaranteed. Take a walk around the land and view the wildlife and passing steam trains. (The Great Central Railway is the only preserved double track main line in the UK). We are also conveniently situated for Donnington Park, Prestwold hall, Belvoir Castle, National Space Centre and as an ideal base for touring England. OVER 4 ADD AN EXTRA £15.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Bookings only accepted by persons over 18 years of age and must be confirmed in writing. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. (We reserve the right to terminate the booking if the balance is not received on time). If the booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival, the total cost is due. Strictly no smoking. No pets allowed. Sorry, but we do not accept children under 11 years. Only well behaved children over 11 years of age allowed in the property. Our Coach House furnishings and contents are of a very high standard and we therefore ask our visitors to leave the property in a clean and tidy manner. The owners reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time for maintenance or for any other reason. The property is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. In order that the property can be serviced for the next visitor, we request that the building is vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Electricity, heating, towels, bed linen and cleaning materials are included in the price. A fully refundable security deposit of £250 is payable to arrive 7 days before the day of arrival or can be paid with your balance. The security deposit will be refunded after departure if there are no breakages or damage etc. Cancellation fees Over 28 days notice - 75% of the total price will be refunded. 28-22 days - 50% of the total price will be refunded. 21-15 days - 25% of the total price will be refunded.
