This brand new south facing upstairs apartment is located between the old town San Miguel and the market town of Los Montesinos on a new and very popular development set amongst orange groves. The apartment faces the communal pool. San Migel is about 5 miles away, which has bars, Banks and restaurants and a weekly market. The main town is Torreveija which is about 10 minutes in the car. Entre Naranjos is in easy reach of many spanish towns and beauthiful beaches, and the nearest golf course is only five minutes away. So whether you want to just relax by the pool/sight see or play golf you can do all this from this lovely south facing apartment. We can also arrange special weekends away for mums" with meet and greet/airport pickups/taxi for the evening and welcome pack for the apartment, all so all you have to think about is relaxing yourself! The Apartment This large south facing two bedroom apartment with a roof solarium is situated in a block that faces the communal pool. It is not on a main road and has lots of parking near by, you can park outside the apartment for dropping off shopping etc. Kitchen - There is a separate fully fitted kitchen which has a washing machine, cooker and hob, toaster and a fridge freezer, all rooms have fitted ceiling fans and there are heaters for the cooler nights. Linen and Children Equipment - All linen and towels are provided for you, but please bring your own beach towels. There is a travel cot and highchair supplied but please bring your own cot sheets. Bathroom - The bathroom has a shower and a full size bath. Solarium (Roof Terrace) The solarium has sun loungers and chairs and has fantastic views of the salt lakes and mountains. There is a hairdryer in the apartment for your use too. Lounge/Dining Room. In here we have SAT TV, DVD and CD player, some DVDs to watch, lots of home comforts to make you stay very relaxing. On Site and the Area On Site - On the site there are no shops yet (due to be built next April) but there is a bread man that comes every day about 10am who sells bread, cakes, water etc, also there is a wine man that comes around every Tuesday!! he sells all spirits, wine and beer at Spanish prices! San Miguel is about 5 miles away which has bars, banks, shops and restaurants and a weekly market. Also Los Montesinos is about 6 miles away, it too has bars, banks and restaurants and a wednesday evening market. We can recomend Chinese restaurants and bars, we have many favourate ones!!
