The Disney room is especially themed for our younger guests, with playstation 2 and games consoles and football table. This bedroom has a triple bunk with single above and a double below, a great room for three or four smaller children. A further sleeping area or den has been created on the large gallery landing with a full size sofa bed, ideal for those teenagers who want their own space. There is no bedroom smaller than 12ft x 10ft, all bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with matching window treatments, pillowtop mattresses, custom bedding, ceiling fans and TV's with either VCR or DVD's. The Grand Lounge overlooks the pool area with beautiful uninterrupted views over natural conservation and the unspoilt parkland beyond. This room has luxuriously comfortable sofas with seating for 10 persons, 30ft high soaring ceilings and galleries. French doors lead out to the pool deck and the lanai/porch area. This is a wonderful area to relax and chill out in peace. The second lounge has access to another lanai/porch area on the pool deck. This lounge has large sofas with seating for 8 or more persons. A high definition TV with DVD and VCR. An ideal area for the youngsters to amuse themselves, giving the adults some private and well earnt space. There are two delightful dining areas in this Villa, with seating for up to 12 persons at any one time in the main dining room or at a separaste breakfast room seating a further 8 persons. The lanai/porch adjoinning the pool also has seating for 12 or more, an ideal area for BBQ and Alfresco dining.
