Monument is a very pretty stone house within easy walking distance of the town of Pollensa. The villa is situated in the outskirts of the Puig de Maria and it is only five-minute walk from the so-called Plaça Major (Pollença’s main square) with all its restaurants, cafés and shops.
There has been a fine attention to the details inside the villa. In the ground floor there is a large lounge/dining-room that leads into the kitchen which is well-equipped and includes a dishwasher. A door leads to the master double bedroom with a lovely complete en-suite bathroom.
The upper floor has two delightful twin bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a lounge that leads to a large balcony with magnificient views to the mountains and that overlooks the pool area.
