To book any of our apartments we require a £100.00 deposit per week. Fianl balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. payment method - by cheque made payable to M Finch. We also require a seperate cheque for £100.00 this is held against loss of keys or damamge to the apartment during your stay. Once we have received the keys back and confirmation from the cleaners no damage caused we either return or destroy your cheque.
