Our new (2006) 4 Bedroom Rotonda Home on Florida’s Gulf Coast is the place for your perfect vacation. Designed with vacationers in mind the layout provides privacy in the sleeping areas each with their own bathroom and generous space for your group in the main living areas of the villa. The casual “Florida Style‿ décor is welcoming, comfortable and fun. 2 King Size Beds and 4 Twins easily accommodate up to 8 people. TV’s in each bedroom in addition to a large TV and DVD player in the Family Room are provided for everyone’s enjoyment. The family room TV also has a Playstation for the video gamers in your party. Other special features for you are stereo sound piped throughout the villa and pool area, play your favorite radio station or select a CD from our CD library. Internet access too, just bring your laptop. The Family friendly Villa is furnished and equipped with everything you need. All kitchen items, towels, bed linens, beach towels, etc. A washer and dryer are provided for convenience during your stay. A baby crib and high chair are available upon request. A baby barrier fence is provided for safety around the pool. The 16’ X 24’ pool south facing aspect allows you to enjoy Florida’s sun without moving your poolside loungers. During cooler months the electrically heated pool keeps the water a warm 80-85 F for your comfort. How about a friendly game of pool volleyball to bring everyone together? A large screened in cage around the pool gives ample room for loungers and provides barrier from insects so you may enjoy the warm Florida evenings. Under the lanai a patio table with seating for eight, perfect for eating outdoors. A gas BBQ is supplied for the barbeque chef in your group. If golf is your game this is the place. Rotonda has 5 golf courses with 18 other golf courses within a 20 minute drive. There is a course here for all abilities. Bring your clubs or rent at the course. Nearby beaches Boca Grande & Englewood are also just minutes away. We provide beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas for you to use. The Boca Grande Lighthouse and Museum is a fun outing. Stop for lunch at the “Loose Caboose‿ in downtown Boca Grande and watch the parade of golf carts passing by. Golf carts have road privileges in this quaint Florida town. Whatever type of vacation you like our villa is the ideal home base for you. Quiet days lounging poolside or day trips to the beach, golf, kayaking, fishing or biking, Rotonda is a great location. Rotonda West is a gorgeous deed restricted community. When you visit Rotonda you discover a part of Florida that is off the beaten path-unhurried, unspoiled, and uncrowded.
