Our home is fully equipped for 8/10 people and is extremely comfortable and luxurious. The style being typically Floridian with its beautiful pastel shades, The lounge is the place to be for those relaxing quiet moments. The large sofa also converts to a double bed Opposite is the dining room with views of the front garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker; microwave; dishwasher; waste disposal; fridge/freezer; toaster; coffee percolator; kettle; and all crockery, cutlery and utensils should you wish to cook dinner or just prepare a snack. For your convenience there is a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. You will also find an iron and ironing board. Our spacious Family Room for relaxing in comfort has a television (Cable) with patio doors leading to the screened pool and patio area which provides a delightful setting for dining or entertaining. The pool is 34’ long and the depth is 7’ at the deepest end also it has an electric pool heater There is a large covered area 30’ x 8’ for sun bathing or sitting under in the evenings The Deluxe Master suite which is off the family room has a queen size bed, lots of drawer space The bathroom is complete with shower, twin vanity unit, and toilet, and a walk in wardrobe. There are 3 further bedrooms on the other side of the villa, one with double bed, the other two with 2 singles. Next to the bedroom with the double bed you will find the other bathroom which has a vanity unit toilet and a bath with shower . There is also a door that goes out on to the pool deck. The villa is AIR CONDITIONED THROUGHOUT.
