Les Glycines (50m2 - 4 people) is an open plan apartment with a living room area, which has a double sofa bed, a hi-fi and a television. A fitted corner kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hotplates, an oven, a microwave , washing machine and coffee maker and toaster. The bedroom with a dressing is spacious and bright and has a double bed with eventually an additional single bed. There is a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, bidet and wc. The domain is set on 5ha and is composed of several cottages in stones, built at the end of the 18th century. It is situated in the Aude department and at 300m of the little village of Fontiers Cabardès. Our 3 apartments are on ground floor, face south, open onto a large lawn shaded by three enormous chestnut trees overhanging the lake and with the Pyrénées Mountains in the distance. The apartments have all been fully restored in keeping with the original style of the house and furnished with country furniture. Garden furniture and barbecues are at your disposal and bicycles, board games, croquet, badminton and pétanque are also provided. You are welcome to wander wherever you like over the property which is fenced and have access to the parking inside the property. In summer our swimming pool (11mx4m), built in respect of standard security rules is at your disposal.
