The rear of the apartment (south facing)is three floors from the well kept garden/pool level. It therefore has the advantage of no steps from street level to the front door, but a wonderful 3rd floor view from the apartment. The living room and bedroom both have direct access to the spacious terrace, furnished with a wrought iron table with matching bench and two chairs. Sitting here looking over the palm trees, pool and marina to the Mediterranean provides a wonderful start to your holiday. The bedroom has a gorgeous view of the sea & harbour entrance, (you see all yachts enter & leave the Port) a King-Size bed (can be split), a central ceiling light/fan,double hanging wardrobe and double shelved cupboard. The en-suite shower room has a spacious tiled walk in shower area, bidet, W.C. and vanity basin. The sea facing kitchen is superbly equipped with all modern appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. The spacious lounge/diner is well furnished with two large sofas, dining table and chairs, Freeview TV/VCR, DVD, CD/cassette/radio. A choice of family video cassettes and C.D.'s is there for your selection. The apartment is serviced weekly. (You also have access to over 350 more films to borrow free from our private collection) Wi-fi is available @ 15e / week. Amenities of the block include a double pool, gardens, entryphone & garage space (optional). There are two lifts. THE LOCATION Within a 5 minute walk of the block is the delightful beach of Playa Del Cristo (two bar/restaurants & toilets) as well as a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars supermarkets etc... at the vibrant and colourful Port of Estepona. ESTEPONA TOWN This 500 year-old Spanish town, located between Marbella and Gibraltar is one of the few on this coast that is relatively unspoilt by the intrusion of commercial tourism. A by-product of this is a low crime rate and a feeling of safety at all times. The town center (Plaza de Flores) is a 15 minute stroll along a delightful floral beach front promenade. There are a wide variety of restaurants ranging from tapas to gourmet at prices considerably less than the UK & there are markets on Wednesdays and Sundays throughout the year. THE WEATHER. On average the Costa-del-Sol is the warmest place in Europe with temperatures 5-10 degrees hotter than the U.K. (Celsius not Fahrenheit!!) It is normally a pleasant dry heat. ESTEPONA AREA

The area is full of interesting and exciting things to do and see. These include excellent Golf Courses, Tennis, Water sports, Horse riding, Fishing, Walking, Go-Karting, Para-gliding and Pool.

Traditional Bullfighting can be seen at the bull ring during the season. A casino is located 20 minutes away and there are organized trips to watch the dolphins at play off Gibraltar.

Arrangements can be made for day trips by coach to Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Seville and even Africa. Selwo Wildlife adventure park is 10 minutes from town.
