It therefore has the advantage of no steps from street level to the front door, but a wonderful 3rd floor view from the apartment. Sitting here looking over the palm trees, pool and marina to the Mediterranean provides a wonderful start to your holiday. The bedroom has a gorgeous view of the sea & harbour entrance, (you see all yachts enter & leave the Port) a King-Size bed (can be split), a central ceiling light/fan,double hanging wardrobe and double shelved cupboard. The en-suite shower room has a spacious tiled walk in shower area, bidet, W.C. and vanity basin. THE LOCATION Within a 5 minute walk of the block is the delightful beach of Playa Del Cristo (two bar/restaurants & toilets) as well as a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars supermarkets etc... at the vibrant and colourful Port of Estepona. ESTEPONA TOWN This 500 year-old Spanish town, located between Marbella and Gibraltar is one of the few on this coast that is relatively unspoilt by the intrusion of commercial tourism. A by-product of this is a low crime rate and a feeling of safety at all times. The town center (Plaza de Flores) is a 15 minute stroll along a delightful floral beach front promenade. There are a wide variety of restaurants ranging from tapas to gourmet at prices considerably less than the UK & there are markets on Wednesdays and Sundays throughout the year. THE WEATHER. On average the Costa-del-Sol is the warmest place in Europe with temperatures 5-10 degrees hotter than the U.K. (Celsius not Fahrenheit!!) It is normally a pleasant dry heat.
