Poltalloch Station is a working cattle and sheep station with many historic buildings and a history that dates back to 1839. Our guests enjoy experiencing Australian country life and nature in a beautiful lakeside setting. Activities available include canoes, jetty, swimming in the lake, birdwatching, bushwalks in our native pine forest and along the lakeshore, tennis, feeding our friendly kangaroos and horses and watching the sunset over the water. You can enjoy a guided tour of our historical buildings and displays to learn about life on an isolated farm, or just relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility.
