The apartment was completed in November 2003, it has been finished to the highest standard and has been furnished to a standard superior to that what you would expect from rental accommodation. All the rooms are bright and spacious with marble floors (except in the bathrooms and kitchen which are tiled). There is a full air conditioning / heating system that is ducted through the whole of the apartment. There are granite work surfaces in the kitchen. The lounge / dining room and main bedroom have access, through sliding doors, to a large sunny terrace that has sea and golf views. In addition there is also satelite TV.
