Weekly rental rate reduced from 1300 Euros to 1000 Euros from Weds 7 June to Thurs 6 July. Minimum term booking 1 week. Pro-rata daily rate available for bookings of more than 1 week.
Notes to the rental rates
August restricted to 2 week rentals. Rentals outside these dates can be negotiated with the owners. Arrival time is after 4pm. The house keys will be sent to you after the final payment has been made. Departure time is by 10am on the final day. Arrangements can be made through the local agents to drop off luggage before 4pm.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings. Final payment is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday together with a refundable damages deposit of £400. Long term rents and out of season lets can be negotiated with the owners.
