We invite you to sit on the balcony at La Peyrolie a beautiful white stone Maison de Maitre, relax and take in the breathtaking views where occasionally you may catch a glimpse of deer and or wild boar whilst you taste a bottle or two of Gaillac’s many finest wines. Although once you get to La Peyrolie you may feel like you are in the middle of no-where, the main village of Castelnau de Montmiral is only minutes away where you will find a bar, restaurants, village shop, the bakers, and a lively weekly local produce market. The large spacious house is all on 1 level with a fenced 20 x 7 saltwater swimming pool. To the front of the house there is a relaxing balcony and on ground level there is splendid terrace for those who enjoy eating al fresco. The back garden is ideal for a game of badmington or a kick about. There is plenty of room to kick back and enjoy. The 4 large bedrooms can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. Bedroom 1 is a very large ‘family’ room with a super kingsize bed and 2 singles. Bedroom 2 and 3 are double rooms of which one room has French windows overlooking the pool. Bedroom 4 is a twin room. Baby cots and other baby equipment can be provided on request. The large open plan kitchen/lounge with breakfast bar is well equipped and includes an oven and hob, a microwave oven, American fridge freezer,and dishwasher. The lounge has comfortable sofas, fire place, satellite TV, stereo and DVD player. A library of books and DVD’s have been provided for your use. Adjoining the kitchen is a family dining room which has a dining table and chairs for up to ten people. All linen, bath towels and tea towels are provided, but we do ask that you bring your own swimming towels. For the colder months, the house has a large fire in the lounge and radiators throughout the house. Downstairs you will find the ‘games’ room to keep the children (and the adults) entertained. Table football, board games, TV with a video player with videos, and a play station have been provided. You will also find the washing machine here too.
