The South-West facing balcony is not overlooked. All necessary amenities are immediately adjacent - bars, restaurants, banks, hairdresser, pharmacy, taxis and supermarkets. The bus stops at La Zenia roundabout, only a one minute walk, allowing easy access to public transport for anyone wishing to visit Torrevieja, Alicante to the North or the historical port town of Cartagena to the South. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with two single (3ft) beds. There is a bed/settee in the lounge which comfortably sleeps two adults. There are pillows and blankets stored underneath. There is a lovely shared pool, with a toddler section, at the rear of the apartment. It is completely enclosed and very private. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron provided. There is a clothes airer stored on the terrace for drying clothes. There is a microwave, fridge /freezer, electric hob, oven, toaster and coffee-maker. There is satellite TV. Patio furniture is provided on the South-West facing terrace. A gas heater is provided. There are ceiling-mounted fans, with adjustable speeds in the living area and in both bedrooms.
