Sleeps up to 4 people in one villa and up to 6 in the other (2 bedrooms in each villa). The two villas are situated in Iris Cottages; a friendly, small and generally quiet development, finished in 2002, built around a generous sized swimming pool and gardens. They are very well equipped and ideally suited for a family holiday rental - living in the Mediterranean style. The two villas (Nos. 25 and 26) are self contained but adjacent, making them perfect for either a large family group to rent all together or can be rented separately. Both villas are very well furnished and equipped. Accommodation is in two bedrooms in each villa. In No.25 there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two large single beds. In No.26 there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with 2 sets of adult size bunk beds. Each master bedroom is equipped with a mini-safe.   In each villa there is a bath/shower room/WC at first floor and a guest WC on the ground floor. The ground floor of both is open plan with a well equipped kitchen / dining room / lounge, opening onto a private terrace and garden, before the communal garden and pool area. There is ample off-street car parking in front of the villas. All rooms have air-conditioning, which can also be used for heating in the winter months.
