Our apartments are located at 74 Preston Street, Como (at the corner of Preston Street and Canning Highway). We are 8 minutes from the City 15 minutes from Fremantle and 20 minutes from the Airport. Public transport is located at the doorstep. Onsite and street parking is available at no charge. The apartments are very clean and serviced upon checkout only. Check out time is 10am and check in time after 2pm. If you require a late checkout a charge of $50 is applicable. Please advise at the time of booking if late checkout is required. All apartments have two bedrooms, are fully equipped and include the following: - one queen size and two single beds + a rollaway bed if requested. - bed linen including doonas and towels - assorted crockery, cutlery, cooking stove and cooking utensils - colour TV, microwave, iron, ironing board - air conditioning for summer and oil heating for winter - on site laundry with dryer and drying area - outdoor entertaining area with children’s toys.
