A small and friendly B&B/Chambres d'hotes run by English owners Neil and Nicky Sinclair. The Stone House is a tastefully restored "ancien cave vinaire" in Caux, a medieval village of 2000 inhabitants, which has a bar/restaurant, pharmacy and several shops. The accommodation comprises 4 double rooms, each with private shower/wc/basin (sleeps 8 - extra beds available), a garden with BBQ, parking and is open all year. We regret no pets. The local area offers something for everyone - Pezenas for Moliere, the Saturday market and masses of "retail therapy", Carcassonne, Montpellier and Nimes for Roman Histroy. The Parc Regional du Haut Languedoc for walking and hiking. Lac du Salagou for nature lovers and the Rivers Herault and Orb for water sports. Not forgetting the Mediterranean beaches only 20 minutes away. Easy access by air with Ryanair to Montpellier, Carcassonne, Nimes, Perpignan, Girona; British European, British Midland and Go/Easy Jet into Toulouse and from the North by car on A75/E11 to Clermont Ferrand and then A75 to Millau exiting at Junction 59 signed Pezenas, continue to Pezenas and pick up D13 signed Roujan/Bedarieux and then D13E5 to Caux. At Caux turn left on D30 signed Neffies/Roujan and follow this road for 300m, past the junction for ND de Mougeres, number 38 is 50m beyond this turning.
