(a landmark rock in the area) You don't have to sit or stand in 'unnatural' positions to have this view. � Direct access to the beach, which is less than 100 yards from the building, via a pedestrian area. There are no roads to cross. � A communal pool which, though not large, is great for a cool-off, social interaction and relaxation. � The 'garage' space is accessed by an electronic key, lent to guests, which triggers the lifting of a barrier. There is a metal canopy over the space to keep the car from getting very hot. � Restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance. � A bus stop nearby. Buses from here go into Calpe town and theTrain Station, from which other towns in the area can be reached. � Taxi rank nearby. � Calpe town centre is within walking distance of the apartment - about 45 minutes along the sea promenade. � The opportunity to use the adjacent hotel's facilities, including pool and gymnasium. � There is heating for winter lets. Calpe isn't just a holiday resort like Benidorm, although its sands are just beautiful. It has a sea port and marina and there is a thriving cultural and commercial centre. It also has an old part where one can enjoy its more quaint aspects. Our friends Eddie and Kay live nearby and look after the apartment and guests who come to stay. They do everything they can to make arrangements care-free from the time you arrive.
