A few steps down take you to a new decking area ideal for drinks and meals overlooking the river. Behind the kitchen there is a small shower room with electric shower and toilet, then stairs to the front entrance hall. The lounge area is on this floor, also overlooking the river. On the first floor a double bedroom on the river side and bathroom on the town side with a newly fitted luxury shower cubicle. On the second floor there is a second double bedroom on the river side and a small double bedroom on the town side. With all the stairs and steps this cottage is not suited to very young children or anyone with mobility problems.
