Our holiday house in Tuscany has recently been modernised and retaining many traditional features. This comfortable apartment,is furnished to a high standard. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each let by our local House Management service. The house has been split into 2 apartments so for more accommodation No.2 Fontana Vecchia is also available. Bedrooms: Bedroom with king size bed. Bathrooms: Very large bathroom fuly tiled. Modern shower room with large shower, wc, wash basin and bidet. There is also a drying facility for laundry as well as a plummed in automatic washing machine. Kitchen: Traditional style wooden kitchen units, stainless steel sink with large plate/saucepan rack overhead. Additional storage and preparation island. Electric oven with gas hob. Microwave and Fridge and separate Freezer. Ample cupboard space with cutlery, kitchen utensils and linen provided. Utility Room: There is an iron and ironing board available. Living Room: Comfortably furnished with open wood burner in large Tuscan fireplace, Italian TV with video player. Large selection of English speaking vido library. CD player, 2 armchairs one sofa bed which can convert to a double if required. Traditional style quality furnishings throughout. Dining Table with seating for 8 persons. Other: All rooms cleaned and prepared for incoming guests, welcomed personnaly by Monica, House Manager. Cleaning/towels/linen. All linen and towels included and changed on a weekly basis. Please provide your own beach towels if intending to visit beaches! Sunbeds available for terrace use. Changeover day generally Saturday to Saturday, but depending on availability and flights, we can be flexible.
