High Season: Easter (week before & wk following). Cost £300.00 per week. Peak Season: Christmas & New Year (i.e. week prior to Xmas plus the week following). Cost £400.00 per week. Note: All prices include transfers in both directions from Tenerife South Airport. They also include a welcome pack upon arrival and for stays longer than 1 week a weekly full linen change and a mini-clean is included in the price. What the price does NOT include: A local (refundable) key deposit of 65 euro. This is refunded subject to deduction for breakage and/or loss of keys. It also covers the cost of wall safe rental deducted at a cost of 10 euro per week.
