New bungalow for 6 persones, furnished and equipped to a very high standard on 4-star-level. No smoking, 1 well behaved pet welcome. 3 double bedrooms, one with space for additional cot ( cot and high-chair available free of charge ), 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub, shower, WC, washing machine, tumbler, the other with shower and WC. Towels and hairdryers provided. Kitchen with electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, additional electric devices, lots of china, glasses, cooking utensils. 30 mÂ² living-/dining-room with table and 6 chairs, large sofa, satellite TV, DVD-player, CD-player, radio and new fireplace oven to create a cosy atmosphere ( not necessary for heating, as we provide gas central heating included in the daily rates all year ). Veranda with furniture, garage, carport. One half of the large garden around the house and veranda is entirely fenced.

Payment can only be made in cash or by money transfer to our bank account. Sorry, but we generally do not accept cheques or credit cards ! 40 Euro/night for 1-2 people plus 6 Euro/night for each additional guest, 1-2 toddlers sleeping in cots free of charge, 1 dog is free as well. Rates include bed linen ( the beds are already made ), towels, water, electricity, central heating and final cleaning , if the minimum stay is 3 nights. Short breaks of 2 nights are possible, price on request. 100 Euro deposit are charged on arrival and will be refunded on departure, if property and equipent are left without damage and litter. 30 % of the total rental rate are claimed to confirm a booking, this amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation. We recommend a cancellation insurance.
