Our apartment is furnished to a high standard. The complex is in a privileged and peaceful area of Los Cristianos with many shops, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk. The beach is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The complex is also only 15 minutes by car or taxi to the Reina Sofia airport. Our apartment is strictly non-smoking, but you are free to smoke on any of the two private terraces. Both terraces are equipped with a table, four chairs and an umbrella. The private roof terrace also has two sun loungers and benefits from all day sun. The open plan lounge has a three seater and two seater sofa. At the side of both sofa's are a nest of tables with lamps which help create a nice atmosphere in the evening. There is also a TV with the 4 main British channels and 4 satellite channels, DVD player and CD player. Our fully fitted kitchen includes everything you will require for your self catering holiday, including oven with hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and breakfast bar with stools. The bedroom has twin beds both with bedside cabinet and lamp. There are also built in wardrobes. It also has double patio doors which lead to the 20 sq.m. terrace. There is a large fully tiled luxury shower room with shower, WC, bidet and sink. Our utility room, just inside the front door, has a washing machine. Towels and linen are provided and changed on a weekly basis. The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and departure. Please bring your own beach towels. Changeover day is flexible. Please depart by 10am on day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. If you have a late flight we may be able to help.
