Spacious family apartment suitable for property viewing, beach/golf holidays. 30/40 mins to Alicante and Murcia airports & 10mins drive to beach/golf. The apartment has 3 bedroom, 2 fully fitted bathrooms and was completed in summer 2005. There are beds for six people. The apartment is situated on the top (third) floor, there are two lifts, a communal pool and roof terrace. A master bedroom with htg/air con unit, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobe and fully fitted en suite. A twin bedroom with ceiling fan and fitted wardrobe. A double bedroom with ceiling fan and wardrobe. There is a further, fully fitted bathroom. The separate kitchen is fitted with cupboards, oven, hob, extract fan, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, teapot etc. The cupboards are well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans etc. There are also tables and chairs for dining. Next to the kitchen is a utility area with water heater and washing machine. The spacious lounge/diner has htg/air con unit, ceiling fan, dining table, coffee table, three seater setee, two armchairs, TV, DVD and radio/cassette/CD player.French windows lead to a balcony with chairs and table. There is a long corridor leading from the entrance to the apartment with adequate space for storing luggage. Entry to the main building can be enabled with a door entry phone system located in the apartment. Other useful items for your stay include an iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hairdryer, maps and local information. There are also sunbeds, beach umbrella buckets/spades etc available Cots, highchairs etc can be provided, hire rates on request. Towels and bedding are provided but please bring your own beach towels. There is a local keyholder to meet and greet and airport pick up service can be provided at extra cost if required. We regret that, for the comfort and well being of all customers, smoking and pets are not allowed in this apartment
