To secure your reservation a deposit of 30 is required with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival All foreign currency transfers to be paid by Clients A Caution or refundable deposit of 200 is required with the balance to cover any breakages damage to house and contents including furniture and fittings mattresses and bedding and pool area and to ensure the house is left as found in a clean and tidy condition This caution to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure Our villa is available for Christmas and New Year 2005 please ask for details For smaller families and out of season rentals we make a charge per person per week We are also able to offer bed and breakfast please request details Our villa is warm and comfortable for a winter break with a generous allowance for electric heating and logs which are supplied free for fires in the lounge and kitchen Longer lets may also be possible in our villa Please ask for any further information or help you may require by email or faxphone
