The Old Fig is a stone built caseta, open plan ,it sleeps two,has a kitchen area with gas hob, fridge freezer,microwave,toaster. Double bed Small t.v and cd stereo player. All plates,pans,cutlery for self catering. Shower room with toilet. Located within three and a half acres of olive and mixed fruit trees, close to the village of Alforja.Only 30 minutes to the coast and beaches of Salou and Cambrils. Excellent location for exploring the Montsant mountains, for walking holidays,climbing,canoing on the reservoir at Ciurana and other outdoor activiries. Tarragona around 30 minutes drive.Reus 20 minutes.Port Aventura 30 minutes.Barcelona 1 hour 30 minutes. The caseta is powered by solar power from our panels located on the roof.Water comes from our own well.All waste water is recycled through a digesting septic tank to be reused for watering. Good sized swimming pool nearing completion for this coming year (2007)
