Each house has two bedrooms (one double, one twin) with seperate balconies, one bathroom (washing-machine, hair-dryer, air-cooler), one fully equiped kitchenette, a dining area, a living-room (fire-place, sofabed), a picturesque backyard with BBQ, and a spacious roofed veranda with panoramic sea and mountain view, and a private pool. An open parking space is also available. The houses are located in a private estate of approx 11,000sq.m, perched on a hillside overlooking the Gulf of Aetos, near Vathy, Ithaca. The estate is full of olive and many other fruit-bearing trees; there is also a vineyard. The visitors can rest or walk under the natural shade of trees, pick up and taste fruits, participate in the traditional vine-harvest (if they happen to be there end of August) or the olive-harvest (end of September).
