It is located on a green hilltop near the village of Carmignano, countryside, only 20 km far from Florence, in panoramic position. From the house you can admire a great view over Florence valley. It has an independent entry, parking area, private garden (200 sq), swimming-pool and solarium. The swimming-pool (4,50 m x 7,50m) is in common use with the owners and it is usually open from half May to end of September.
