This is more a garden with a gite attached than the other way about. Hibiscus Cottage is a small stone-built cottage in the middle of a terrace, which was refurbished in 2004/2005. It is very small, but its courtyard garden becomes another room in summer. You can eat, drink and laze on a patio surrounded by flower beds, shaded by an enormous walnt tree (keeps insects at bay - or so its said), with views through a woodland garden down to the river. There is a way in, and parking at the bottom of the garden.
In the cottage itself the south-facing glass front door opens straight into the living room, which has a huge fireplace with wood burning stove. The kitchen corner has a gas stove and a fridge. Storage is in a large cupboard under the stairs, and there are dining table and chairs, a small sofa, a bentwood armchair and coffee table.
