Booking Conditions 1. Accommodation - The property is hired on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no right to remain exists for the hirer or any person allowed into the property by him/her. The hirer will be liable for any costs incurred as a result of a delayed departure. 2. Holiday Price - A full balance of the total amount is payable not later than six (6) weeks before the arrival date. 3. Deposit - A deposit of 20% of the total holiday cost should be sent along with the Booking Form. 4. Cancellation - In the event of cancellation the hirer must advise us immediately. We shall refund your monies provided that we re-let. Otherwise all monies paid will be forfeited. 5. Cleanliness, loss or damage - The hirer is expected to leave the accommodation as found on arrival, and to pay for any losses, breakages or damages. A deposit of £50 is required on arrival in case of accidental damage, which is fully refunded the week after departure if no charges are incurred. 6. Non-availability of the property - If for any reason beyond the owner’s control the property is unavailable on the date booked then all deposits and monies paid in advance by the applicant will be refunded in full, but the applicant shall have no further claim against the owner except for normal statutory rights.
