A secure, secluded property in its own grounds, the villa has a large, south-facing, front terrace, overlooking the Salt Lakes and beautiful sunsets. The garden exhibits native flora and fauna, including a prickly-pear tree, aloe vera and 'mile-a-minute' succulents that blossom into a vibrant, magenta carpet in spring. There is a large octagonal patio table (seats 8) which is ideal for evening barbecues 'al fresco'. Inside, the lounge is extremely cool and spacious, as are the bedrooms which have fitted wardrobes. All rooms have ceiling fans. There is cable TV, DVD player and hi-fi in the lounge. The kitchen has a breakfast bar facing into the lounge giving it an open plan feel. There are all the usual mod-cons. There is also a secluded back porch, ideal for early morning sunbathing.
