All of our chalets are equipped to the same standard but internal and external decor may differ. Situated at California Sands Estate, California, Great Yarmouth just 500 yards from 15 miles of beautiful sandy beach. 4 miles from Great Yarmouth and 2 miles from the resorts of Hemsby and Caister-on-Sea. The beautiful Norfolk Broads are only a short drive away. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A bed settee is provided in the lounge area for the 5th & 6th persons. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and electric heaters. The properties are double glazed and have carpet tiles throughout. Bed linen is provided. The kitchen has fitted units and comes fully equipped with electric oven & grill, electric toaster, refrigerator, kettle & microwave. A colour TV, DVD/CD player and Freeview are provided. For your use during your stay we have also provided an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Guests have FREE access to the indoor heated swimming and paddling pool and FREE membership of the CLUB OASIS. The club is fully licenced and provides live family entertainment throughout the season. There is also a Pool Table and Dartboard where you can challenge your family and friends to a friendly game or two. For those who enjoy a small flutter Bingo sessions take place in the club in the early evening. Within the club there is a children's bar and BIG FELLA'S DINER open for breakfast until late, where you can enjoy a drink, a meal or snack and watch the entertainment. The estate has a launderette, amusement arcade with Ten Pin Bowling, shop, chip shop, ATM and a cafe. The childrens play area on the adjacent Sunbeach Holiday Village is free to use and there are ample grassed areas throughout the site. Car boot sales and weekly markets are held on site during the summer months. You may find that rare antique and make your fortune. Car parking is off road and adjacent to the chalet. The chalet is all electric with a £1 coin operated slot meter with tariff set by the site owner.
