Just a couple of mintues walk to a sandy beach. The apartment is situated on a complex that is nestled within the hills of the Calblanque Nature Park. It has much to offer for your holiday. Swimming pools, gym and children's play area amongst other things, this apartment is ideal for family holidays! The apartment is set by the seas of the Mar Menor in an authentic part of Spain. It has access to shared swimming pools (inside and outside), a east facing balcony with sea views, view of the La Manga Strip and to the hills behind. If you are driving there through the lemon and orange groves of the Murcian hills then private parking and a garage is available for your use. The apartment is right beside a beach and close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop. Located on the 5th floor, there are lifts and stair access to the apartment. It can sleep up to 6 people and consists of 2 bedrooms, lounge/diner, bathroom, fitted kitchen and a very large, pretty terrace. With views of the tropical swimming pools, sea, La Manga strip and the hills beyond. You can also have access to the solarium on the roof, for even more expansive views and a spot of extreme sun bathing! The apartment has a good sized terrace which offers outside space for eating, sunbathing or just watching the sun rise whilst enjoying your breakfast. You can also enjoy free use of the gym, sauna, jacuzzi,indoor and outdoor pools and childrens play area. The Living room is open plan, comfortably furnished including a large sofa bed, dining table and seating for 4. 2 further bar stools can be found in the kitchen and there are 2 sets of patio furniure on the terrace. There is warm/cool air conditioning, video door entry system and Sky TV (including English Channels), TV/DVD/CD entertainment. Sliding doors open onto the terrace where there is plenty of patio furniture and loungers. The main bedroom has a double bed wit, bedside cabinets and a large fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and another large fitted wardrobe. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a WC, bidet, vanity unit, wash hand basin, bath and shower over the bath. Everything is there for your holiday comfort including a hand held hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a ceramic hob, oven and grill, extractor fan, washing machine, a portable bar stools and table, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Cutlery and crockery is provided for 6 people and there are ample cooking utensils. An outside sink and other equipemtn can be found situated off the kitchen in the galleria terrace. The accommodation is very spacious, floors are tiled throughout, well equipped and furnished to a high standard. All linen and towels are included in the cost, and the apartment is cleaned for your arrival and on your departure.
