The accommodation comprises: 2 double bedrooms each with twin beds, main bedroom with adjoining patio doors and balcony. Hairdryer provided. Bathroom with corner bath and shower and additional downstairs cloakroom. Fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board. Living room with dining table/chairs and sofa bed that converts to sleep two additional people comfortably. TV with SKY TV channels and radio/CD player. Ceiling fan and additional upright fans. Outside there is a terrace at the front with room for dining, a paved front and back garden and a small outhouse for storing patio furniture and beach items. This also houses the washing machine and hot water heater. The property is equipped with patio furniture and some beach items. The swimming pool is a 30 second walk out the back door. There is a large family pool and a smaller kiddies pool. There is an area for sunbathing and also olive trees to provide shade when needed. It is very quiet and a lovely place to relax. There is plenty of parking at the front of the property. Bed linen and towels are provided although guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. Weekly linen change and cleaning between lets. A welcome pack can be provided for an additional charge. A charge will be made of 40 euros to cover end of stay cleaning.
