A beautiful, traditional townhouse on the unspoilt Maltese Island of Gozo. With a superb modern interior this spacious holiday home is on three floors and comprises three bedrooms, two large family areas, a balcony and large furnished roof-terrace. Spoil yourself and your family in this beautiful 3 storey, 3 bedroomed town house in the quiet village of Ghajnsielem, Gozo. This property was completed in late July, 2006. Bookings are now invited for this and next season. Gozo is one of Europe's best unspoilt islands, jammed full of history and burtsing with culture. The beautiful village of Ghajnsielem (an-see-lem) is situated above Mgarr, Gozo's harbour with regular 30 minute ferry links to Malta. The parish church and square are the focal point of the local community. Local amenities - bakery, butcher, supermarket are to be found here. Within the square, the traditional village Band and Football Clubs provide a range of evening entertainment with several restaurants and bars close by to cater for all tastes. The house is situated less than a minutes walk of the village square where fresh fruit, vegetables, bakery and fish vendors daily sell their produce. Although it is recommended to hire a car to fully appreciate all Gozo has to offer, beaches at the harbour and Ix-Xatt-l-Ahmar (shatla-mar) are less than a mile away. This high-quality house covers three floors and is constructed in a traditonal town-house style in one of the original streets in the old village. The ground-floor space has been finished as an intergral part of the house and is equipped as a cool chill-out area with DVD, board games, sofas etc. The rear of this large room provides the utility area with washing machine, iron and drying facilities. A marble stairway leads to the first floor - a large air conditioned, open living space, furnished and equipped to a high standard ensuring comfort and ease where a modern, bespoke solid beech fitted kitchen is generously equipped for the culinary needs of six people and quality modern sofas lie alongside the modern dining table and chairs. This first floor also boasts a double bedroom and a family bathroom. A further two bedrooms can be found on the second floor. One adjoins the en-suite shower-room and the other, with bunks overlooks the bright sun terrace with day-long sunshine, equipped for al-fresco dining and sunbathing.
