The villa is situated on top of a hill with spectacular, panoramic sea views. The main house has a double bedroom and a second bedroom has bunk beds. There are sofa beds in the main living room area. The separate studio apartment has twin beds, a kitchenette and bathroom with full-sized bath. There is a veranda off the main living area in the main house for al fresco dining and a large roof terrace for sun bathing and watching the orange sun setting into the sea! There is also another small terrace for the b-b-q and drying clothes. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freeezer, cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle. The living room area has satellite TV, a DVD player, CD/MP3/VCD player and two large comfortable sofas. The living room has air-conditioning, as do the two upstairs bedrooms. The studio is cooler and has a freestanding fan. There are 2 swimmng pools on site, with the top pool being about a minute's walk away. A restaurant is currently being completed underneath this pool. The bottom pool has a snack bar.
