This very spacious fully air conditioned villa, which will sleep up to 10 people, is situated in a private, quiet estate of exclusive houses surrounded by beautiful conservation areas, within 30 minutes from Orlando airport. Sunridge Woods is within a 15 minute drive to Disney Land and all its attractions. The 192 highway with all its shops and restaurants is only a short drive away and is en route to Disney. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World are situated off International Drive, which is approximately 5 miles from Disney. The local Publix (e.g. Tesco) and Walgreens (e.g. Spar) which is open 24 hrs and has a pharmacy, are only a short distance away and provides all your grocery needs. As you enter the villa the dining area is to your right comprising a dining table comfortably seating six. To your left you will find the kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, all crockery and utensils, in fact, everything you would expect from your own home, including table and chairs for four people. In the garage you will also find washing machine and dryer, washing line, iron and ironing board. The family room, which is full of extremely comfortable chairs and sofas, one of which can be pulled out into a king size bed allowing this room to be made into a fourth bedroom if required. Next to this room is the living room which is fully equipped with cable TV, video player and stereo. You will also find a selection of games, video tapes and CDs for your entertainment. The seating area allows ample room for an evening in front of the television, and also the large sofa converts into another king size bed. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed with cable TV and paddle fan. This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom comprising large walk-in-closet, sink and vanity unit, w.c. bath with shower and an ideally positioned door leading to the pool/patio area allowing the use of toilet and shower without the need to walk through the villa. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are both twin rooms with walk-in-closets in each, with the use of the second bathroom which is situated opposite the rooms and comprises, sink with vanity unit, w.c. bath with shower and closet space. The private screened pool is accessed through the patio doors from the living room. The pool is 30ft in length and is 3ft deep in the shallow end leading to 6ft in the deeper end. The pool can be heated at your request (please notify at the time of booking). Surrounding the pool is a patio area where you will find table, chairs and loungers for your lazy days around the pool.
