Above prices are based on a 7 day rental, however shorter periods are available other than July and August. 20% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. Remaining balance to be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival date. On arrival you will be greeted and shown to the apartment by the managing agents who will also request Â£100 breakage deposit or equivalent which will be returned at the end of the holiday. Check in/out times are normally 12 noon and 4pm however we can be flexible on this depending on arrival or departure of other guests.
