Where is the apartment? What is the locality like? Three years ago was built this famous building called "Kleopátra House" near to the Danube at Margaret Island in KARPAT utca. There are 6 blocks around one large, beautiful, common garden. The garden is really very nice, there are benches, fountains & flowers etc... . Under the garden, on the level of garages there is a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, jacuzzi, sunbeds, barbecue, etc.. and there is a gymn room as well. You can use these services from 6am till 10pm for a low price. The flat is situated on the 3rd floor (there are two elevators), it has a view to the beautiful garden and to the street. What about public transport? The location is perfect, the Danube river is aproximately. 150 meters away fom the house. The closest Metro station, called Lehel Ter, is only 300 meters away. In front of the building there is the stop of trolley bus N:79, which brings you to Margaret Bridge (3 stops) or if you start to the opposite direction, you can get to the Square of Heroes, City Park than Keleti Railway station or the famous Budapest Sport Hall.
