This modern self catering apartment is located in a quiet area on the edge of the holiday resort town of Scalea in southern Italy. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small, four storey apartment block, just 200m from the beach and opposite a small family run bar/cafe. A short walk brings you into the center of town which is full of bars, resteraunts, shops and cafe's. Inside the apartment is fitted with all the modern conviniences you would expect to find in a self catering holiday apartment. As well as air conditioning, Washing machine, TV and DVD player at your disposal. The apartment has two bedrooms. One with a double bed, the second with a single bed that can become a second double bed if required. The large sofa bed in the living room can comfortably accomodate a further two people. As is common with Italian apartments. The kitchen and living room are open plan. The kitchen has a gas hob and oven along with a large fridge freezer. The living room has a large sofa and table and chairs to accomodate up to six people.
