Charming house from the 17th century just across from the 15th century bridge in the lovely village of Lavoute CHilhac. The first floor has a spacious kitchen with stone floors, stone chimney and stone sink. There is everything one needs to make excellent meals with a fridge, gas cooker, coffee maker, washing machine, toaster... There is a living room of 35m2 with a sofa bed for one, telelvision, comfortable chairs, some toys and books in English and French. Upstairs you will find the old oak floors in the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and a view of the spectacular village tower and church. There is a large bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet and next door is another toilet with a sink. The 3rd floor has another bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a smaller bedrooms with a double bed. There is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet on this floor. The garden is on the 3rd floor behind the house with a table and chairs and some lounge chairs as well a bbq. Finally, the fourth floor has a large bedroom with 3 single beds and another bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a baby bed and bath as well as high chair.
