The property is over 100 years old and is typical of the local area. The casa is actually the restored stable adjoining the house. It enjoys a separate entrance and driveway and has a complete separate terrace/patio area, which is covered and sheltered from the elements but allows in the sunlight. It has two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a bunk bed, although there is a sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, oven fridge freezer and washing machine, and of course the all important kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. The lounge living room area has a log burning fireplace and there is plenty of wood chopped ready to put in, although the stable does have central heating for the not so energetic. We are located 15minutes drive from the Aviles-Oviedo airport, to which there are regular flights by low cost airlines.
