The kitchen has been recently updated and offers all the comforts of home to include a microwave, stove/oven, full size refrigerator, blender, toaster, utensils and cookware. All you need to bring is beach gear, golf and tennis equipment. The villa is approximately 100 yards to the beach down a boardwalk. The balcony provides a nice sitting area to enjoy. *As of March 2004, the villa has been remodeled and redecorated. The queen sofa sleeper is brand new and very comfortable.
